Life is filled with mountaintop moments and deep valleys. Along the way, we each collect stones, reminders of God's faithfulness through seasons of joy, sorrow, healing, growth, and redemption. This website is a place to share some of those stones.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a recovery mentor, ministry leader, writer, and student of God's Word. Through His grace, God has redeemed what once seemed broken and continues to transform my life day by day. Here you will find biblical encouragement, personal reflections, lessons from recovery and discipleship, and glimpses of the hope that is found in Christ alone.

Whether you arrive here carrying burdens, seeking answers, navigating loss, celebrating victories, or simply longing to know God more deeply, my prayer is that you will be reminded of His faithfulness. The same God who has carried me through life's valleys is able to meet you in yours.

Meet Liz

Hello, friend.

I'm Elizabeth Hamilton, though everyone calls me Liz.

I live in Central Oregon and love strong but creamy coffee, deep and meaningful conversations, river rocks, God's Word, turning old things into new things, and watching people discover that hope is never lost. Some of my favorite moments are spent studying Scripture, walking alongside women in recovery, gathering around a dinner table with family and friends, or sitting quietly with a journal and a view of God's creation. Good books are always in the background.

Life hasn't always looked the way I expected it would. Along the way, I've experienced both deep valleys and unexpected blessings. Through it all, God has proven Himself faithful. He continues to teach me that His grace is sufficient, His mercies are new every morning, and no story is beyond His power to redeem.
